From March 31, 2009:
• applications for entry into the register of business activity or entry changes can only be submitted on forms specified by the Government Order,
• application forms are available in the Customer Service Office and in the Public Information Bulletin at www.bip.zielona-gora.pl in the section: What and how to arrange in the City Hall?/Business activity and in on-line procedures,
• applications for entry into the register of business activity, which were in force up to date, will be invalid.
"ONE WINDOW" rule
As of March 31, 2009, people intending to establish a company will be able to submit in the City Hall of Zielona Góra an integrated application for entry into all registers kept by institutions engaged in the business registration process.
Thus, the application will include:
• an application for entry into to the registry of business activity,
• an application for entry into The National Official Register of the Nationalised Industries Units (REGON),
• an application for NIP (taxpayer identification number) or its updating, referred to in the regulations on tax-payers and payers registry and identification,
• a registration of a fee-payer or its changes as defined in the regulations on social insurance system or a declaration of continuation of agricultural social security as defined in the regulations on agricultural social security fund.
