In May 2010 the company was established to manage the Park. To the group of shareholder joined Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone – Arkadiusz Kowalewski was a chairman this company.

 

 

Arkadiusz Kowalewski was the best with the three candidate, that fought about this position. He has experience to gain investors. His job as president of the company is gaining investors to Kisielin and preparing the ground for investment.

 

 

Arkadiusz Kowalewski is 32 years old and he comes from Kostrzyn nad Odrą. He studied electrotechnics, information technology and telecommunication at University Zielonogórski. He has a degree of German technical university. He is aslo a graduate of social sciences at UAM in Poznan and construction on the University of Technology in Szczecin. He speaks German fluent. He speaks English aslo.

 

In KSSSE he worked 7 years as manager from investments. He took part in many projects investment. He helped to gain investors, inter alia, GEDIA Poland Assembly, VOIT Polska, NORD Napędy Zakłady Produkcyjne czy JOST Polska.

 

 

As the Park president's, Arkadiusz Kowalewski, starded work 2 August.

 

 

 

The main goal of the company is to promote regional innovation and economic development through job creation and economic links with education. The Lubuski Industry and Technology Park is to be a place that will attract investors, high-tech industry, a place where science meets business, where exist flow innovation and technology , besides, it has become a determinant of development of the city and the region.

Assumptions have to be realized by attracting new investors, entrepreneurs, realizing EU projects and research. Moreover, it is planned to rise to the material, infrastructural and economic base, which will serve to establish, develop and support innovative enterprises.

- The University of Zielona Góra

- The commune of Zielona Góra

- The Kostrzyn – Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A.

 

In the area of Lubuski Industrial and Technology Park will have established such institutions as:

 

- The Logistic Centre,

- The Centre of Information Technology,

- The Centre for Sustainable Building and Energy,

- The Innovation Centre.

 

The shareholders of the company during the signing ceremony, chose the three-person to the Board of Supervisor, which formed by a persons delegated by the City of Zielona Gora - Dariusz Lesicki - Deputy President, Lubuskie Province - Maciej Nowicki - Director of Department Regional Development and Planning, University of Zielona Gora - Katarzyna Łasińska - Director of the Office of the Vice-Rector for Development.

The Board of Supervisory currently are holding a competition for the position of President of the Company.

 

 

- The sewage system being designed will be connected to the sewage pipeline draining sewer from the area of Racula and Drzonków.

-  The system will be laid on the section from the connection of the water pipeline network to the crossing of the provincial road E279 and the provincial road being designed in parallel to the construction of sewage system draining sewer from Racula and Drzonków.

- The water-sewage and telecommunication infrastructure being designed for the Lubuski Technology and Industrial Park will be located in the roadway of the provincial road being design and constitutes the infrastructure accompanying the road construction.

 

- The expected term for submitting design documentation: II quarter of 2010.

- The expected term for beginning investments: III quarter of 2010.

- The expected term for finishing investments: IV quarter of 2011r.
